What are your payment methods?
Telex Transfer (T/T): USD500.00 or over. Paypal for small amount. ( please bear 3% bank charge. Western Union: less than usd3000.00 Bank certified Cheque: any amount
What would be the best product for the best price?
It depends of the artwork. The artwork will define which process will best fit your inquiry between “Printing” and “Stamping”. According to the artwork, and your budget we will then be able to make our best recommendation.
What information is required to get a quotation?
Please send your e-mail to info@hocraft.com and our sales executive will reply you shortly! Please offer info of your products, such as: quantity, size, thickness, the number of colours… your roughly idea or image is also workable.
What are your lead times?
Printing process: 5~12 days, Urgent order: 48hours is possible.
Photo etched: 7~14 days, Urgent order: 5 days is possible.
Stamping: 4 to 10 days, Urgent order: 7 days is possible.
Casting: 7~12 days, Urgent order: 7days is possible.
How can I get a tracking number of my order that has been shipped?
Whenever your order is shipped, a shipping advise will be sent to you the same day with all the information concerning this shipment as well as the tracking number.
What is the minimum order quantity (moq)?
A minimum quantity of 100 pieces per order is required for all materials and processes. Accept small orders
